West Florida Shark Diving is one of the leading shark adventure services in the State of Florida. Our experienced team of shark divers brings divers of all skill levels together to explore Florida’s Gulf Coast and the Gulf of Mexico in search of up-close shark experiences. Unlike many other adventure services, West Florida Shark Diving puts you on the sharks and gets you up close and personal.
Our experienced team has been conducting successful shark diving excursions across the globe for close to two decades. Our responsible shark adventures bring divers into the habitat of the ocean’s apex predators and introduce the absolute awe and majesty of these amazing predators. Our divers leave the water with a newfound respect for these amazing creatures that sit atop the food chain in our ocean’s vast expanse.

About our Shark Trips
West Florida Shark Diving offers our guests two types of shark adventures for our valued guests.
For guests looking to get into the water with sharks, we offer our comprehensive shark diving trip. On this adventure, our team takes you to the shark grounds, helps you prepare for your dive and gets you into the water with sharks responsibly. Our shark diving adventures provide guests with an unforgettable experience from the time we leave the dock, with all the gear you need for a successful dive provided for you.
In addition to our shark diving adventures, the team at West Florida Shark Diving also offers our guests thrilling shark viewing trips. On our shark viewing trips, guests are treated to an up-close view of sharks in their native habitat, all from the stability of our boats! Guests on shark viewing trips get to see sharks from the surface and in some cases you can even play tug of war with a wild shark as they hit our baits!

At West Florida Shark Diving, our vision is that sharks should be treated with the utmost respect and the greatest efforts towards their conservation. We endeavor to introduce our guests to the majestic nature of these apex predators who are critical to our ocean’s balance and survival.
Our Mission
Our mission at West Florida Shark Diving is to expose our guest to the magic of shark species found here on Florida’s Gulf Coast. Our efforts to put people up-close to these majestic creatures start and end with a commitment to conservation. Our goal is that as more and more people are exposed to sharks in an intimate setting, hopefully we as humans can see how important and critical these amazing creatures are to the survival of the oceans and the human race.
How It All Started
West Florida Shark Diving was founded by Captain Bryce Rohrer, a shark diving expert with over two decades of experience working in the water with sharks for the majority of days throughout the year. Captain Bryce owns and operates a number of successful shark diving adventure services around the globe including Florida’s long-running shark adventure service, Florida Shark Diving.
